Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and the credit goal you select when you request a free credit report review. If you choose to upload a credit report, we receive the contents of the file you upload.

Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. When you consent to messaging, we record the date, time, and IP address of that consent.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

We do not sell, rent, distribute, or trade your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent unless legally required to do so.

You opt in to text messages by ticking a consent checkbox on our web form. Consent is not a condition of receiving the free credit report review or of purchasing anything from us. Message frequency varies and is capped at two messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your contact information while your relationship with us is active and for as long as needed to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion of it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
