Credit Crunch provides an automated review of a consumer credit report that you choose to upload, plus educational information about consumer credit reporting and the rights available to you under federal law.

Our review identifies items on your report that may warrant your attention. It is informational. It is not legal advice, not financial advice, not credit counseling, and not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to use this service.

Providing your mobile number alone does not give us permission to text you. Text consent is collected separately, through two independent checkboxes on our form. Both are unchecked by default, both are optional, and neither is required to submit the form.

Service updates. By ticking the first checkbox, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Credit Crunch about your credit report review, such as confirmations and a link to your results.

Credit education and offers. By ticking the second, separate checkbox, you expressly consent to receive promotional and marketing text messages from Credit Crunch. You may decline promotional messages and still receive the service updates you asked for, and you may decline both and still receive your free review.

Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive your free credit report review.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is capped at two messages per week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Credit Crunch does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

To opt out: Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related communications you have requested.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties.

Digital products offered on this site are delivered immediately upon successful payment, by email and through a private access link. Because they are delivered in full at the moment of purchase, they are provided on a fully performed basis.

Any done-for-you service is governed by a separate written agreement provided to you before any work begins. Fees for that service are charged only as work is performed.

We do not promise, guarantee, or represent that your credit score will increase by any amount, that any item will be removed from your credit report, or that any result will occur within any particular timeframe.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information generally cannot be removed from a consumer credit report. Any examples or figures shown on this site are illustrative and are not a prediction of your results.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, for free, by contacting the credit reporting agencies directly.

You agree to provide accurate information, to upload only credit reports that belong to you or that you are authorized to submit, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credit Crunch and Rich Family Management LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
